Departure time is subject to change without notice.

You need to arrive 15 MINUTES before departure time. ADD 10 MINUTES TO YOUR TRAVEL TIME DUE TO ROAD CONSTRUCTION.

Payment in full required before departure. Total boat tour price includes 15% HST tax. Gratuities extra.

A $10 deposit per person is required when you make a reservation. Full booking balance is due on arrival.

If you cancel more than 2 days before departure, you'll get a full refund, including the deposit.
If you cancel within 2 days but at least 3 hours before departure, we’ll keep the $10 deposit, but you won’t be charged anything else.
If you cancel less than 3 hours before departure or don’t show up, you’ll be charged the full ticket price since your seat can’t be resold.

Our tours depend on the wind forecast and may be cancelled due to Transport Canada's strict wind regulations. If your trip is canceled, we'll notify you by email and text as soon as possible. In rare cases, cancellations may happen at departure without prior notice. If your tour is canceled due to the wind, you'll receive a full refund. This usually happens about 4-5 times each summer.

Cottage Cancellation Policy

Payments by cash, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa Debit / Delta, Discover, UnionPay, DinersClub, JCB. We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival. A deposit of CAD $50 per cottage booked is required. Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.

The deposit will be refunded based on the cancellation policy below:

If you cancel more than 4 weeks in advance, you’ll receive a full refund of your $50 deposit.
If you cancel between 4 weeks and 2 days before arrival, the $50 deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel less than 2 days before arrival, you’ll be charged for the first night.
If you don’t show up or shorten your stay after arrival, you’ll be charged the full booking amount.

Privacy Policy

Our office staff collect your personal information only to allow you to register for our boat or cottage use. We do not sell lists of names, emails or cell numbers to advertisers. We keep your information protected for your privacy.
