Privacy of Customer Information
Your personal information is kept in a secure fashion so that it cannot be accessed for resale, causing you more junk email.
Terms and Conditions
- Boat tour departure time is subject to change without notice.
- You need to arrive 15 minutes before departure time.
- Add 10 minutes to your travel time in case of road construction.
- Payment in full is required before departure.
- Total boat tour price includes 14% HST tax.
- Gratuities are extra.
Boat Tour Cancellation Policy
- A $10 deposit per person is required when you make a reservation. Full booking balance is due on arrival.
- Our tours depend on the wind forecast and may be cancelled due to Transport Canada's strict wind regulations. If your trip is cancelled, we'll notify you by email and text as soon as possible. In rare cases, cancellations may happen at departure without prior notice.
- If your tour is cancelled due to the wind, you'll receive a full refund. This usually happens about 4–5 times each summer.
Cottage Cancellation Policy
We accept payment by cash and the following cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Visa Debit / Delta
- Discover
- UnionPay
- DinersClub
- JCB
- We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
- A deposit of CAD $50 per cottage booked is required.
- Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival.
